Chinese Slaw

Directions

1 pkg. chopped cabbage - 12 or 14 oz. I usually get the "angel hair" variety
1 bunch green onions
1/2 C. sunflower seeds
6 - 8 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1 pkg. ramen noodles
3 T. EVOO

Dressing:
1/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. canola oil
2 1/2 T. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce

Crush noodles and brown in EVOO (with seasoning packet.)
Mix dressing ingredients.
Toss all together about 15 min. before serving.
